Our weekend went through to today, and finally ended with some sunshine.
The Easter bunny very kindly hid his eggs inside yesterday; outside would have been too wet.
I am quite sure that we have always done our egg hunt in the afternoon, but this year somehow all but two painted boiled eggs got eaten at breakfast. Whoops.
I guess we have that one more, rather prolific, eater in the family.
Thank goodness for a few chocolate ones.

The weekend was full and filling.
Today, the last day of our holiday. A last pyjama morning, an afternoon in the park, digging around for gym shorts… trying to hang laundry upstairs before the baby realises there are wet clothes to be thrown down through the banister… Stuff like that.

I hope you all had a good and light-filled Easter.
Happy Monday!

I hear many cries of ‘Bombs Away!’ from upstairs on laundry day too ;0)

  2. Thank god the easter bunny had the sense to leave them indoors for you!

My laundry trick is to not let the little babe steal my clothespins. And since our dryer is next to the rabbit cage – to fold the laundry quick enough that she doesn’t make a total mess with the rabbit hay!

  4. sorry y’all had a wet easter. i hope you get some sunshine this week to make up for it!

sounds like a lovely easter minus the rain. We had blue skies and warm weather and it was fantastic!
