Hi there, nice to see you here! I thought I’d just introduce myself a little.
I grew up in Germany, but came to England after I finished school – initially to volunteer for one year in a Camphill Community. Ten years on, and I’m still here.

I completed a training in Art Therapy, left my work and started a new chapter. Now I am staying at home with my two boys, knitting, sewing, crafting.
In this space I’d like to share bits and bobs of my pottering along, what is happening in my knitting bag, my kitchen, on my desk, and in the Stitch & Purl Etsy shop.
I am looking forward to making this a place to be creative and share.

Thank you for visiting!

Just came across you blog via Soulemama. How cool that you came across to the Uk for a year at a Camphill community. That’s why I came across to the Uk too (from Denmark) although I only stayed for a year (Aberdeen) I always think of that time with fond memories. I meet my now husband while in Aberdeen (he was at Uni there) and have lived in the Uk for almost 20 years now.
